Crispy Chicken Legs Recipe



Recipe of Crispy Chicken Legs


Crispy Chicken Legs Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo chicken legs, cleaned
  • 2 pcs. onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 pcs. laurel leaf
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2-3 cups cooking oil
  • 1 pack magic sarap
  • salt to taste

Crispy Chicken Legs procedure:

  • 1.Clean the chicken legs by removing black spot between its feet.
  • 2.Bring water to boil with onion, garlic, laurel leaf, vinegar ,magic sarap a little pinch of salt
  • 3. Add the chicken legs.Boil for 7-10 minutes or until it is tender.
  • 4. Separate chicken legs. Let it cool.
  • 5. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  • 6.In shallow pan, put the cooking oil.( make sure that it is enough for deep frying)
  • 7.Deep fry chicken legs until it is golden brown.
  • 8.Served with soy sauce and calamansi.
Note: It is also best for pulutan.

Watermelon Drink Cooler Recipe



Ingredients

  • watermelon
  • melon
  • mangoes
  • condensed milk
  • ice cubes

Procedure

  • 1. Slice the fruits into small pieces diagonally.
  • 2. Add 1 liters of water. ( You can add more water if you want)
  • 3. Put the condensed milk.
  • 4. Add the ice cubes.
  • 5. Enjoy the healthy drink :)

Ingredients

  • 1 can purefoods/ argentina cornbeef
  • 2 cloves onions
  • cooking oil
  • 2 eggs,scrambled
  • magic sarap

Procedure

  • 1. In a shallow pan saute onions until golden brown.
  • 2. Put the cornbeef and saute for 3-5 minutes .
  • 3. Add magic sarap and season to taste.
  • 4. Add the egg. Mix and serve hot with rice or pandesal.

Corn beef with Cabbage Recipe


Corn beef is available in two ways. You can buy corn beef in can or those home made which can be found in market. It can also be cooked in many ways. This recipe is for those who loves to mixed their canned foods with vegetable. I think the secret in cooking corn beef is putting more onions in it and using only a small amount of cooking oil when frying since it will produce an oil on its own. cabbage ,sliced into small stripes
1 medium clove onion
cooking oil
magic sarap or salt to taste

Cooking Procedure


In a shallow pan saute onion. Put the corn beef. Saute for 3 minutes. Then add the cabbage,stir well so that it will mix with the corn beef.Srinkle with salt or magic sarap.Season to taste. Best serve with hot rice/sinangag or pandesal.

Sinangag Recipe (Stir Fried Rice)

Ingredients


  • 4 cups left over ice (cold rice)
  • 3 pieces medium sized hotdog
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 piece medium sized onion
  • magic sarap or salt
  • cooking oil

Cooking Procedure


Prepare the rice.Set aside. In a shallow pan melt the butter and put the mixed vegetables.Sprinkle wid magic sarap.Cook for 3-5 minutes,then set aside. In the same pan fry the hotdog.Set aside,wait until it is warm enough to slice. Saute garlic and onion. Wait until golden brown then add the rice. Stir occasionally.Cook for 5-7 minutes.Add the fried rice and sliced hotdogs. Season to taste with magic sarap and a small amount of salt. Stir occasionally. Serve and enjoy :)

Lechon Kawali Recipe


Lechon Kawali is one of the most popular dish in the Philippines. It serve during special occasions and can also be a good pulutan. Lechon Kawali(pan roasted pork) derived its name from its way of cooking. It a pork belly deep fried in a kawali (wok). It's crispy skin is best serve with the special sauce. Want to try this dish? Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo pork belly
  • 4 pieces bay leaf
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • pepper
  • salt
  • magic sarap
  • cooking oil

Sauce:


  • 3 table spoon vinegar/sinamak (optional)
  • 1 table spoon sauce
  • 1 piece calamansi
  • 1 garlic clove ,minced
  • 2 pieces chili pepper (optional)

Cooking Procedure

  • 1. Prepare all ingredients.Put a big pot enough to for the meat.
  • 2. Bring to boil for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the meat is tender.
  • 3. Drain and cool.
  • 4.Deep fry until it turns golden brown.
  • 5. Towel dry or u may use table napkin.
  • 6.Mix all ingredients for the sauce.
  • 6.Serve hot.

Chicken Adobo with Pineapple Recipe



Chicken Adobo is one of the favorite dish of many Filipinos. It is also prepared in different ways. This recipe was just one of the many ways in cooking chicken adobo. I prefer to cook the rib part because I found it more yummy compare to other chicken part.


Recipe of Chicken Adobo with Pineapple



Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kilo chicken ribs
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoon pineapple syrup(from pineapple chunks)
  • 4 pieces bayleaf
  • garlic
  • onion
  • salt
  • magic sarap
  • aschuete


Procedure

  • 1. Marinate chicken in pineapple juice,garlic,vinegar, soy sauce and magic sarap.
  • 2.Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • 3. In a shallow pan saute garlic and onion until golden brown.
  • 4.Add the chicken except its marinade.
  • 5. Sprinkle salt and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • 6.Add the marinade and bayleaf and boil until the water evaporates.
  • 7.Once the water completely evaporates, add the pineapple chunks.
  • 8.Sprinkle magic sarap and season to taste.
  • 9.Serve and enjoy.

Note:Disolve 1 tablespoon aschuete seeds before you saute.Mix it to the marinade before putting in the the chicken.
